I recently had my PLIG back fusion under Mr Sayal. I was sure I am in safe hands even before surgery as Mr Sayal had previously performed the ALIG with MR AGU. Mr Sayal post operative care was what struck me most . He had time for me in that he comes in to see me every morning on the ward after surgery but also every night before he goes home. He came to show both my wife my children one of whom is a medical doctor and myself what was done, how it was done what we should all be looking forward to . I found this incredible as most surgeons are very busy to explain things to you let alone come back and explain x rays etc when you are already scheduled for outpatient appointment. Mr Sayal and his team are a joy to be associated with. I recommend him anytime any day.

Life saving treatment! I had a cervical posterior decompression with the Neurosurgeon Dr Sayal. I cannot thank or credit him and his team enough. I was all set to go private but after a consultation with Dr Sayal, for the first time in 5 years I felt confident finally that I was in good hands and finally understood my condition, the treatment options and the possible outcomes. And the surgery went completely smoothly and I feel better than I have in a long time. Many friends and associates advised me not to risk having the surgery but I am so glad that I did it with Dr Sayal’s team. And I must also praise the whole hospital team, facilities, care and nurses. I felt safe, looked after, comfortable and confident to be discharged. This is one of the best hospitals in the U.K.

I just had my ALIF back surgery at queens square Mr Sayal treated me with dignity and respect He had time for me, he explained the procedure and allow me time to question him I recommend this consultant for spinal surgery please Excellent service, superb doctor

Mr Sayall is a very compassionate Dr who takes the time to explain the whole diagnosis to you After having 4 previous spinal surgeries and looking to have my 5th mr Sayall takes the time and treats you like an individual I have lots of faith in him

I had a few consultations with Mr Sayal, and he took time to explain my options and answered my questions thouroughly. He was very approachable and obviously has a huge amount of knowledge and experience in his field. Very patient focused, which is o reassuring when facing a major proceedure which can be quite daunting. I'm sorry he has moved on from where I met him.
